Delivered work

Already in the ground, and photographed there.

Fifteen years of Neal Hegarty’s design and build work through CreaSol Permaculture, across Guatemala and beyond. Master plans flown and mapped from the air, planting worked across whole parcels, buildings and their landscapes drawn as one thing.

Flagship project

Granja Tz’ikin

Tzununá, Lake Atitlán

This is the living laboratory: a regenerative farm, a farm-to-table restaurant and a teaching site on the same ground. Every method taught elsewhere was proven here first.

Open the projects below for the finished houses, landscapes, master plans and surveys delivered beyond this hillside.

The range

Steep lake slopes to dry ranch land.

These projects span volcanic hillsides at Lake Atitlán, lowland farms in Alta Verapaz, Texas ranch ground, shoreline wetlands, and whole-property master plans flown before a shovel moves. The method stays the same. The species, the water strategy, and the order of work change with the place.

And right now

Six more are on the drawing board this month.

Everything above is finished and photographed where it stands. The practice is not resting on it. There are six live projects in design across the five things we do, in California, Costa Rica and Guatemala.
