How to engage

From a conversation to a living system, and the support to keep it thriving.

Six phases, a deliverable in your hands at every one. Every master plan is phased so capital follows proof: you never fund the whole vision on faith, you fund the next step on evidence.

The six phases

We present better options. We never strong-arm.

Conversation and capture

We start with your goals and the land itself: a call, then a drone capture and first site read. Photogrammetry becomes the design base layer: terrain, water flow, volumetrics, canopy, existing structures.

You receive → a 3D model of your property + a first-look brief

Assessment and diagnosis

We read the site with both instruments: soil, water, climate, solar, existing systems, and the wisdom of the place. Data and ancestral knowledge, together.

You receive → a full site assessment

Master plan

The design: zones, systems, phasing, and the tier that fits your budget and appetite for technology. Per-zone cost, yield, and water budget: swappable and phaseable, so the plan bends to your budget without breaking.

You receive → a master plan, a phased roadmap, and a budget framework

Build and install

Licensed partners build what we designed: natural structures, water, energy and food systems, with us supervising the work to spec.

You receive → the built systems, on a phased schedule

Handover and training

We hand you the manual and train you on everything we built, along with anyone else who will be running the place.

You receive → the system bible + hands-on training

Document and monitor

The as-built record kept current, readings taken where they matter, and plain-language reports rather than a dashboard nobody opens. The data stays yours, on hardware you control.

You receive → the support to keep it thriving
Straight answers

The things people ask before they start.

What does it cost?

Scope and pricing are tailored to each engagement. A courtyard's edible landscape and a four-acre production farm are different animals. What's constant: the master plan carries per-zone economics, so you see the cost of every element before you commit to it, and phasing means you build to budget. The site capture and first conversation cost you nothing.

Do I have to do the whole thing at once?

No. The opposite. Every plan is phased so capital follows proof. Most clients start with the assessment and master plan, build phase one, and let the land make the argument for phase two.

What if my team can't maintain it?

Handover training and the system bible exist for exactly this. And if you take the monitoring tier, the system tells you what to do in plain language. "irrigate bed 3 today", so the knowledge doesn't walk out the door when someone leaves.

How much technology do I have to take?

Only what you want. Every system comes in four tiers, from hand-and-ancestral to fully instrumented, and you choose per system. Tier 3 water monitoring with a Tier 0 hand-built garden is a perfectly good answer.

Who actually does the work?

The collective: our designers, builders, and specialists, led by the people on the team page, with licensed professionals brought in wherever the work requires them, and your own people trained as we go.
