We are a design practice. You are buying the plan: drawn, costed and phased. When you are ready to build it, we supervise while a licensed contractor does the work.

Nothing here is taught in a classroom about a place. It is taught in the place, on the systems the person will be responsible for on Monday.

Once you can run the place without us, something else becomes available: you can teach it. That is the whole point of building the training into the design rather than selling it afterwards.
Run it yourselfEvery tool needed to manage what we built you, so that it does not fail, and so you can turn it into profit or into productivity, whichever you were after.
Teach it onThe curriculum, the system bible and the standard behind them are yours to teach from. Charge for it if you want to; plenty of people do.
Certify into the benchDesigners who come through Neal’s training and hold the standard get routed real work. The bench is how healthy land spreads faster than one firm can carry it.
Bring us projectsIntroduce a project that sells and you take a commission. Member of the collective or not. If we cash a check, you get one too.
